In 2005 OJSC "Novotroitsk plant of chromium compounds" has went into modernization of slime storage for chrome-containing
waste. This modernization will result in increasing of useful capacity for waste storing by 3,5 mln m3,
that will keep the plant running for 30 year.

and application of the quality system ISO 9001:2000/EN ISO 9001:2000 in planning, production and marketing
of chromium products and chrome metal. The certificate registration number 041100 20031679.

The representatives of our Plant visited
international leather fair "Tanning-Tech 2004" held in Bologna, Italy
at the period from 26th to 29th of October 2004.
During these leather exhibition days they
met with present buyers and with potential business partners from
different countries all over the world. There were discussed wide
range of questions concerning deliveries under the acting contract
and also the perspectives for sales in the next year 2005.
Special interest for purchasing of Sodium Dichromate
was observed among Italian businessmen.
Demand for Chromium in Chinese market developing
intensively at the present time was also obvious. The negotiations
with Chinese visitors were built in the field of China's Government
tax and Customs policy discussion .
At the result of our company participation in
this leather exhibition business meetings with potential business
partners were appointed and deliveries of Chromium salts to present
clients were coordinated. |

In spring of current year there has been
started the production of Chrome Yellow KJ-2. Considering the increased
market demand for Chrome Phosphate it is proposed to establish the
production of this product next year. |

system with reference to the planning of Chrome metal production
and sales corresponding to GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000)
register No. ROSS RU.ISO2.K00037. The certificate was issued by TUV
CERT RWTUV System GmbH, Register No. 04100 200331679.
